Why do I need a password to access the website?
Because MÆD is a cult — not a conventional store.
We don’t run on 24/7 fast fashion. We work in drops.
Our most desired items are available only during limited-time collections, and access is granted only to subscribers via a password.
Between drops, the store remains locked or offers only archive pieces.
So when the site is closed — it’s because something new is being summoned.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase.
We dispatch mostly on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, depending on volume and workshop schedule.
In case of high demand (aka when you all go crazy), processing time might extend slightly — but we promise not to ghost you.

Once your order is in the courier’s hands, we are not responsible for any delays, customs clearance issues, or lost parcels.
We’re here to help — but we don’t control DHL’s mood swings or customs rituals in your country.

Packaging
All orders are packed by hand, folded with precision, and sealed with love and a bit of madness.
We use protective materials and minimal yet strong packaging — because your garments deserve a proper stage entrance.
Please try bodysuits and bottoms over underwear only — we’re all grown-ups here, but hygiene is still divine.
RETURNS
🔁 I want to return or exchange my order — what should I do first?
Always inform us before sending anything back.
Email us at contact@maed.pl with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
We’ll guide you from there.

👕 I want to EXCHANGE an item (wrong size, faulty product, etc.)
1. Contact us via contact@maed.pl.
2. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label (EU only).
3. After we receive and inspect the item, the replacement will be shipped.
Exchanges are only possible for items that are unworn, clean, undamaged, and in original packaging (with all tags intact).

💸 I want a REFUND
1. Email us first at contact@maed.pl with your order number.
2. You’ll need to send the item back at your own cost using a tracked shipping method.
3. Don’t forget to send us the tracking number once it’s shipped.
4. We’ll process the refund once we receive and approve the return.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Unannounced returns will not be accepted.

⚠️ Important Notes
• Try on bodysuits and bottoms over underwear only.
• Items with stains, scent, or damage will not be accepted.
• All returned items must be in original, resellable condition.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless there was a confirmed fault on our side.
• We do not accept returns of worn, washed, or altered pieces.
REFUND PROCESS — HOW IT WORKS?
We process all refunds through Stripe, the same payment provider that handles your original order.
⌛ How long does it take?
Once your return is received and approved, the refund is issued within 1–3 business days.
However, depending on your bank or card issuer, the money may appear on your account within 3–10 business days.
This timing is completely dependent on your financial institution — we have no control over it.

📩 What should I expect?
Once we initiate the refund:
• You will receive an automated email from Stripe confirming the refund.
• This email is sent to the same email address you used for the order.
